Perfect for convention goers

I attended a ham radio convention and the place was super convenient, just a quick drive to the center. I was shocked to find a real refrigerator and microwave in the room,, made my midnight snack cravings so much easier.

Stayed in this property for 7 nights and truly enjoyed our choice. It was an incredible and quiet hotel with good internet. The location was great, close to the event we was going overlooking street. Cafe Red Truck Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The place had a quiet atmosphere...

Internet access in the rooms isn't complimentary, which reminded me of a missed opportunity, especially for business travelers who need to stay connected. I noticed the absence of a hairdryer and an ironing board in my room. While it didn't ruin my experience, it made getting ready a bit more challenging. The maid service seemed to be limited as it wrapped up by 11 a.m., so if you're someone who enjoys sleeping in, be prepared for some surprises.

The shower in room 319 had no water pressure.

I booked huge cheap room with comfortable bed.

Staying here was enjoyable and relaxing for our family. The hotel was clean with friendly staff, easy to chill out. Plus, being next to a donut shop was a sweet bonus for our kids, especially with our service dog along.

My wife says that more family-oriented activities would make it even better.

I loved the clean, comfy King Room I stayed in 🛏️ The nearby Krispy Kreme was a sweet treat too. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in my room wasn't free, a bit of a bummer.

I could barley get my cheel chair throough; the door way . no ph. Book,no llight bub in lamp on rightside of bed, no stopper in sink, no kjleenex toilet had no lid,no grabbar in shower in tub, no soap in shower, no safety mat in tub no trash basket in bath room no water pressure in tub,no ash tray. The reasonj dsome of these items were listed was the room we stayed in was a handicap smokeng room..The staf was realley great thogh. Thank you W. C. Wit

The room was very comfortable with an excellent work area

It was hard to find at night. The staff in general was not very pleasant. Room toiletries were poor.

Veryvery comfy and tidy stay. Free wi-fi helped us stay connected while attending the convention. Easy access to local eateries.

The hotel was clean, with nice architecture and a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the good lighting and the quiet environment.

More dining options would enhance the experience.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick weekend visit in Plano with attractive and competitive value for money. The toilet in my room had issues that took a long time to fix, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Make sure to double-check if all amenities are in working order before settling in.
